We now have bear problems in our neighborhood along with persistent squirrels. We have gone from pole feeders to just one very high window feeder for our birds. It is unnoticed by the bear. The squirrels have found miraculous ways to get to the window feeder. Definite respect! I finally decided to try adding this flashing to the window to see if it would stop them and now it’s been at least a few weeks and …. IT WORKED!!! And it’s barely noticeable on our casement windows. Peace at last while watching the beautiful birds!

Easy to use, it’s thin and easy to bend.

This stuff is a life saver if you do home maintenance, or if you like to tackle home projects. A nice simple roll of aluminum flashing is a staple in my shop. This roll comes wrapped in cellophane, and is nice and compact. It is a decent quality, and bends well with a siding brake.6" is a good size to have - works great for window flashing with minimal trimming.

It arrived on time. It is the size and length as described. It is not as strong as I hoped it would be. It is easy to tear and puncture.

It's pretty good stuff, smooth edges. It may be a tiny bit thinner than some of the stuff I've bought in the past but it works fine and is easy to bend and nail through. It looks like there's 50' there but I'm not going to unroll it to find out. As far as the thickness goes for some uses I might go for something thicker but for most flashing jobs this stuff is great.

As far as flashing goes this works pretty well for many things.-It came in perfect shape, not dented or misshapen.-It is definitely on the thinner side. That does make it easy to bend and nail through though.Overall it works perfectly for many projects and is holding up great in many weather conditions.

I needed a bit of flashing for a shed project and this did just what I needed. 50' means I have some left over for other projects. It's a little thin, but that makes it easy to work with and I have no worries about it's longevity. I was able to finish up my project and quickly move on to the next one.

This was not 50 feet long. It was closer to 40 feet. I needed 48 feet. The problem is that you won't know how long it is until you've already used it. It's not practical to measure before use. You trust the company is honest. As a result, I will need to purchase another roll for just eight feet. Additionally, the metal is very thin, about the thickness of an aluminum soda can. Much thinner than I expected. Plus, this item is advertised as being delivered overnight, next day. However, it took two days for delivery. I'm not buying this one again. I will look for another brand and vendor.
