Despite the reviews, I took a chance. Free returns anyway right. All items mentioned arrived including the towel. No directions are needed. People should already know if not we have youtube, come on! The roller worked just as it should. The lacrosse ball works much better than a tennis ball. Great price for all that comes in this kit.

I bought this set at the recommendation of my massage therapist due to an irritated trochanter tendon in my right hip. this set has been helping with the exercises that my Dr. gave me to do and they are wonderful. They also have helped me just to exercise more in general than I was before as I enjoy the workouts better. These tools have helped to release some of the pain from my back injury as well. So glad I made this purchase.

Roller was unable to manage my weight. After a few months of use the PVC pipe material within it broke.

I had a herniated disc in my lower back. This product is great for my back now. My body is aging but I still like to be active, so the roller helps me stretch back, the ball helps massage my arms from sports like bowling and tennis. Love this product.

Fits the need, my son uses it alot, not sure how long it will last but for now it works perfectly for what he wanted.
