I needed to fix damage to a motorcycle tank and this product was amazing. I was a paint Quality engineering tech for a motorcycle company and needed to do some paint repairs to our personal motorcycle. After sanding, this product helped me buff the paint back to pristine condition. The options for pads was perfect for the process. The pads are durable and the quality is top notch. I was even able to buff a scratch out of my car too! Great price point for this product!

The pads themselves are nice and thick and made of good foam. The drill bit is sturdy and you get two of them, but unless you are putting even pressure on the buffer at all times (which is hard to do squatting next to a car), the drill bit comes loose and the buffer head falls off. I think the drill bit needs to be longer because no matter how much we tightened the drill head, it kept coming loose.My second suggestion would be to explain what each color of pad was used for and to number them or rate the foam. The packed showed up with 5 different color buffers and I wasn't sure what I should use for what. It was later explained to me to use the firmer one when for more polishing and getting scratches out, use the softer one for this or that, and so on. I ended up taking a marker and writing on the backs of the sponges so I knew what was for what. Would have been great if that kind of instruction was included.

I purchased this to clean and polish my head lights, they look like new. The only thing to say is the heads come off the screw easy, if you spin the drill and release surface contact the adapter spins right off.
