Beautiful Workmanship!Great quality and works spectacular!BIG Suggestion:While folded and locked, the saw rattles from the slightest movement against handles. If your driving, with this in your toolbox realize that it sounds like wind chimes with half of the chimes stuck together.Turn the radio up loud in case that happens while you're driving and cannot stop the loud noise. hahaâ–  Wedge a small piece of cardboard on the blade for a tighter fit.(between the blade and metal handles.)Be safe.Sharp.It also has a great pair of gloves in the box.Very gripping.enjoy... keep away from kids and mad people.Woodworking only.

Too small for most woodworking projects.

Quick to open, close, makes it easy to carry around while working on project. The teeth are very sharp so watch the skin. Easy folding means easy to make it safe.I used this for trimming several kinds of wood and found it was good at softer wood, plastics, foam, but a little tricky with hard woods. Since the keep are fairly long they can move a lot of wood if it isn't too hard. For trimming inside corners and making small precision cuts it works well. The width of the blade means straight cuts only, but that is to be expected. For curves a different blade would be required.I used this on pine, thin plywood, plastic framing, and hard foam with good results. The handle is fairly solid and locks closed securely. The quality is ok, but good for the price.

This mini saw folds into its own handle like a butterfly knife, which makes it ideal for carrying in a pack or kit - it takes up less space, it won't unfold on its own and cause a problem or expose a sharp edge, and when you're using it you can't ever misplace the sheath! It takes only a second or two to deploy the saw from stored-in-its-handle to unfolded-and-ready-to-use, and the same wire clip holds the two halves of the handle closed in both cases so it's the same motion to unlock/relock it each time.If you've never used a Japanese pull-saw, they are FANATSTIC and tremendously easy to use. They never bind or jam up the way that "normal" saw do - you know, the ones where you try to push and the blade gets a tiny bit off kilter and suddenly everything's locked in place and you're getting frustrated? Pull saws cut when you *pull* them toward you, which means even if the blade isn't perfectly lined up it won't catch and try to bow - as soon as you get it straightened out it'll instantly go back to making sawdust. And this cuts SO QUICKLY! The teeth are sharp and steep, they cut swiftly and easily through wood. I've used this saw to cut dowels, to cut branches off of small trees, to cut through the trunk of a small tree (think indoor-christmas tree sized), and even to cut through plywood, all with ease and with great results.Because the blade is broad and flat, this isn't made for cutting curves, just straight lines. If you need to make curves, use a jigsaw or something with a narrow blade more suited to the task.Every time i use this I'm impressed by how well it works and how swiftly it cuts, especially for such a short blade. Two sizes of teeth for two levels of speed/precision/neatness.

Nice little pull saw, very handy to keep in the tool box. Super sharp, blade has a good flex to it. For the price hard to beat, zero complaints.

Huge, functional, easy and safe to store/carry. Don't try to open it like a butterfly knife. Very sharp, solid sturdy build. Great tool to have on you or just in your collection.

This is my second pull saw, often called a Japanese pull saw. They are essential for close trimming in woodworking. The double sided blade is very sharp. I really like that the handle folds over the blade. It's pretty easy to cut yourself just picking this kind of saw up. The handle folds out and provides a good grip. The whole thing is very useful if not super high quality. It's gets 4 stars for the quality - it's very usable. It would get 5 stars for the value.
