I installed this light in August 0f 2024. It worked for a couple months and stopped working. I checked the power to it and it was OK (120V). I tried using the remote to make sure that it was not switched off. No luck, It still doesn't work.

Simple to install and pretty bright, unfortunately our pool is a little too large for a single 6†fixture but that’s not the lights fault.Overall great product on the first night, I thought it was funny that the remote doesn’t come with a battery, will be placing another Amazon order for a battery I’ve honestly never seen in my life lol

So far so good. One thing to take seriously from previous reviews is to wire it up first to make sure the light works. This one did not turn on at the first test. The light I received, the light bulb was almost 2 full turns from being fully screwed in. I found it had a noticeable rattle when I was testing it. Once I removed the cover and screwed in the bulb it was fine. I also wish the remote had come with a battery. It is an uncommon A23 battery that not every place has. Aside from that the quality appears to be good.

This was straightforward to install and the light quality is great. My old fixture had failed and shorted. Was able to cut old line and pull this one through. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs to replace their fixture. The remote isn't necessary because you can change color just by turning off and on the power repeatedly which isn't a huge deal and it's kind of fun.

Light worked after install and stopped working after 2 weeks. Remote does not work. Light is not dimmable on a dimmer switch and there is no information on the product page or manual to mention this.

We are professional pool company. We have installed hundreds of pool and spa lights.We purchased a light for a customer. Pulled the light, connected power.. and nothing. It was a waste of time pulling the light but we wrote it off thinking it was just a bad light. The manufacturer (to their credit) sent us a replacement light. We tested it before installation and everything worked great. We continued to install the light and hooked up power... nothing.UPDATElike many other people are saying, the lights are loose in the socket. Perhaps a defect from manufacturing or perhaps due to overseas shipping. In any case, once we opened the light and tightened the bulb it worked ok.
