I bought a whole chafer tray system, and needed half trays because I had to make several dishes and only have a single oven. These trays allowed me to maximize my cooking space, they fit perfectly in my chafers, everything cooked perfectly in them, they are a nice sturdy stainless steel, and they cleaned up well too! I love them!

These are well made chaffing pan, they are not the highest commercial quality you can buy but for the price point they are an excellent choice. They are a bit on the shallow side so careful in the amount you put into them. They clean easily and I personally use them to marinate meats/ veggies in. You can buy lids for them and it makes it easy to stack in the fridge. I have not ever froze anything in them so I cannot comment on that aspect of their ability. Having a set of 3 is nice. I will say they can dent easily I dropped one and the corner bent in but I still use it regularly without issues.

These half size chafing pans are a great value, they're not quite commercial quality but they are certainly better than the consumer grade pans. They're not quite as heavy duty as you would expect them to be based on their description but they're of a good quality none the less. These are more of your lightweight counterparts where you do need to keep a bit of a watchful eye on them as they'll tend to get a bit hotter than your average pan when the food is long gone. Basically, you just want to keep from torching the pan which can cause it to morph - think more like when you put a subpar pan in the oven and as it heats it bends, a similar thing can happen to chafing dishes that are overheated. Now, after stating that, these are some nice quality chafing dishes, it's more or less that they're just not of the highest commercial quality. They're certainly going to be better than tinfoil or the standard consumer versions it's really just the density of the metal which leads to the slightly less quality of the chafing dish but for the average consumer you'll likely never really see the difference unless you're utilizing these types of dishes on a consistent basis. As far as the value goes, the price per pan is a great deal, at the present price you're looking at less than $10 per half pan which is simply an amazing deal and you can't really go wrong as for the average consumer these will last many years, if you're in the catering business, you may want to look for a higher quality pan or order some of these for a backup.

I am a professional chef and have owned a catering and event planning company for almost 20 years and we can never have too many of these 1/2 pans. These are deep and fit our half-size chaffing dishes or full size chaffing dishes if using two. These would be used as your food pans you set above your deeper water pans in chaffing dishes or steam tables.I saw another review complaining about how deep the pans are, but these pans run on standard commercial sizing are made to fit chafing dishes and steam tables as the description states. If you’re looking for a roasting pan for home use- this is not what you’re looking for. These are commercial-quality and a great price for 3.
No one of any importance

These are really nice food trays for your serving needs, they are heavy gauge stainless steel and have been passivated. This means they should hold up very well over their service life.use two trays to take the place of one full tray and you can have more serving options per bin. These are not cheap trays by any means and will work well in any environment.

These are well-built stainless steel chafing pans. They have a lot of uses in the kitchen besides being used as a chafing dish or warming pan. I'll be using mine for cooking pork shoulders in the smoker. A very welcome addition to my cookware.

These are great when not needing to make full hotel pans worth of stuff! They're sturdy and made well, and easily cleaned. They fit standard hot-wells, too; so you can have multiple things in one hot-well by using these pans. They're shallow, so they don't hold a LOT, but if you're working with smaller quantities or baking in them, they're just right!
