I purchased these to attach a hand-crank winch on a Harbor Freight truck-bed hoist. The worked great and save me the trouble of welding the winch in place.

These U bolts are complete junk. Once you tighten them up, you cannot take them loose again. The stainless steel is so soft they just lock up

These were said to be 10mm or 3/8â€. Theyre thinner and feel weaker than I needed. They are true 4†opening atleast.
