The flea comb works as it should. I don't have any Mattes on my cats to remove but tried cutting a little bit of hair with the matte remover and it wasn't easy to cut the hair so not sure how well it will work to quickly remove matted/knotted fur.

The flea comb works very well. Makes it extremely easy to remove any fleas and dispose of them. Would recommend if you’re having a few flea issues!
