I like these slap on color things. They are wide and pretty long and can fit a large or small arm or ankle easily. I tried putting one around my small dogs neck but she shook it off easily almost immediately so that won’t work. They are colorful and bright in the darkness. I will probably give some to my grandkids for when they play outside in the dark.

I purchased these for myself and my husband for walking at night on a path with many bicyclist. Some of the colors are duller than others. My favorite is the green because it is the brightest. They are great for being seen but not for lighting the path. They work well. We generally use them on the solid light setting but the other two flashing setting work. We have had people stop us on the path to ask us were we bought these. I would suggest that you buy batteries if you intend on using them regularly. The original batteries lasted about two months with regular use. We just replaced the batteries, which was simple. I would buy these again but there's no need when you can replace the batteries. Very useful safety device for people who walk in the dark.

Ok - so when i first pulled these out of the package i was totally unimpressed- they didnt seem even close to the brightness in the photos and i felt that it would have been more efficient and bright if they used white light in the colored band instead of colored lights in the colored band - they all worked, but some (the red especially) seemed pretty dim. I was about to write this product off as yet another con i fell for on amazon, however my disappointment quickly faded when i went out on my first walk. Most of the lights are plenty bright enough to be seen from a distance in the dark. And the light doesnt slide around at all once its secured - just Make sure you tuck the part w the battery under the black elastic near the edge of the band so it stays in place. The slap band works great and stayed secure on my ankle (im petite so it may not fit a large mans ankle fyi) for a 2.5 hour walk without me ever having to adjust it! That ALONE was worth the purchase for me since that rarely happens. I got home and even forgot i had it on for an hour while i was cleaning my apartment - so it was on for 3.5-4 hours straight w no heat or discomfort and no noticeable change to the brightness. Fantastic! I have only had them a couple days so i will update accordingly if they start crapping out on me - but as of right now, i totally recommend these bands! They kept me safe and visible on the streets of Los Angeles, they are comfortable and they look pretty damn cool on my ankles :) Awesome product

Drivers for the most part can now see me while walking a night.I use this on my wrist or ankle.The only reason I gave this 3 stars is because of the overall design.It looks cheap because the battery and electronic board is easily visible.If they could hide it better then I would have given this 5 stars.Overall, i'm happy with this purchase and it also makes walking fun now because of all the attention I get.

It was difficult or impossible to curl these around any smaller appendage, like a child's arm, an adults wrist or dogs legs. We are returning them because of this limitation. I can't imagine any of the other most likely exactly equivalent light bands are any better. For kids we found the Tracer Jr to be the best by far (quality of light, quality of fit, and durability of product). We have no relationship to any of these companies and have received no kick back for any review.

My kids loved playing with these when we went camping. Was useful to see them in the dark playing.
