This is a decent beginner restorative yoga kit. You'll need to get a different eye pillow as this eye pillow is filled with "beanbag" material instead of flax seed and is not weighted enough to provide a restorative experience. The blanket is very, very linty so you'll want to wash/dry it a few times to reduce that. Otherwise it's a nice beginner kit for not a lot of money.

This is such a well-made and well thought out yoga kit! You get:- A beautifully woven and authentic Mexican Yoga blanket- 2 Yoga blocks- 1 Yoga belt- 1 Lavender scented silk eye satchel- And the best Yoga bolster pillow I've ever sat on!This set is perfect for my road trips. It would even make a wonderful welcome gift for yoga teachers to give to their students when registering for classes or retreats.
