Very strong magnets. The old school round magnetic clips would pop off refrigerator when I was trying to open them, these don't budge. I use them at the microwave to keep my bowl/lap caddies handy for steaming bowls of soup.

I ordered these so I could stick more stuff to the refrigerator (like I really need to) and I have to say I am impressed. They have really strong magnets and the felt backing will keep the finish safe on whatever you stick these on. The clips are very strong as well and should hold just about anything. In my case, I like to keep an extra pot holder on the side of the fridge just in case I need it in a hurry and have laid the ones I normally use out of reach. These should do a great job. I also like to keep an extra dish towel out in the event I forget to pull another one out of the drawer and I've already washed my hands. I hate having to open the drawer with wet hands!After a bit of searching I found there are quite a few options for either getting something similar to these cheaper or getting more in the pack for the same or lower cost, but those other clips look pretty cheap to me. These clips are sturdy and well made. I imagine I will have these things for many years to come and shouldn't ever have any issues with them breaking or falling apart. I do consider them a good value at a little over $9 for 6 clips when I ordered mine. I definitely recommend these and I would purchase them again in the future.

I used these on our last cruise, and they worked well. Adheres to most metal walls (had trouble on one wall, but it may have been too thin), and holds most items very well. Does not hold heavy items such as coats/ thick bath robes, but it worked well for what we needed.

I have things that I need to hang up in my workshop that don’t fit well on a hook. And these magnetic clamps are going to be the solution I was looking for. A bonus feature is the soft backing material which will keep them from scratching whatever I attach them to.The clamps are strong, but not too strong - they won’t cut through my rubber gloves when I clip and hang them to dry out after using them. And the magnets are strong enough to hold up my gloves, or work plans, or shopping list (or other small objects) when attached to the side of my tool cabinet or along my metal pegboard or edge of my workbench, or welding cart, or anything else made of ferrous metal. These are going to be my workshop “thumbtacks.â€

These are fantastic note-holder magnets! They are very strong, and have a nice velveteen fabric on the backside to prevent scratching your appliance door or whatever other surface you might be using these on. The clips are tight, too, and will hold a calendar, photo, or shopping list securely. I won't be messing around with smaller, inferior magnets that slide down my refrigerator door anytime I close it too aggressively anymore. Why would I? These magnets are all I need! (I just might need a few more.) Happily recommended.
