Fin screws help you drop in that crazy rake and shred the gnar like a 7 time champ. Going Whippa, down the line and Gwwaaa, through the tube and getting pitted, soooo pitted.Worth every penny. Stoked on these bro… so stoked.

That's right kids you can loosen the screw on your standard single fin in the box with your bare hands. This screw and nut is a little tab/handle that you can turn with your fingers. No screw driver needed. Loosen the screw, slide your fin back or forward a half an inch at a time, catch a wave, see how it feels and be happy. Do this until things are right and tight. Comes with 6 sets, stainless steel with little rubber washers. Yew!

The metal screw mount doesn't have give in the finbox; therefore, when your fin hits something, it pops the whole box out and bends it/dings the board. With a plastic screw mount, the plastic breaks apart when the fin hits something, and the fin folds in, and the finbox remains intact. At most in this situation, you would only need to buy a new plastic piece, or a new fin if it falls off in the water(which is unlikely, because once you hit something you will inspect your board and see your fin folded down). Either way, it's cheaper than getting a whole finbox repair.
