When these arrived, the two hats, scarves and pins were in an airtight bag. And I was a little nervous!However, when I took each piece out and fluffed them up a little bit, they looked greatI Purchased is for a Paris theme party.The hats are soft, but not winter hat soft.They fit well and are cute!Overall really good value for your money.

I feel like the picture gives it more justice than it deserves. Literally, when I received it the packaging had been shrink wrapped, like when you freeze food. I get that it might protect the hats but seriously this was too much. I had taken it out of the packaging to prepare it, as it was a gift, and literally the scarves were so wrinkled, from the way it was shrink wrapped, it made it looked super used. That part was definitely not cool. It was for a gift for a family member that was going to France. I would say hats were more of a hit than the scarves. Scarves and pins of poor quality. Great for a novelty gift like someone traveling to France but not as a quality gift, which I was suprised about. Fast delivery and unique items, which caught my attention initially.
