Make sure the surface is completely clean, it doesn’t take much dust at all to wreck adhesion. Use a roller or squeegee or both for sure, but It doesn’t leave any residue or pull out small pieces that were meant to stay. I’m still using it and when I run out I’ll likely order again unless I stumble onto better

I bought this to mask wood for laser cutting and engraving. It does not stay on *at all*. The air from the exhaust pushes it off the edges, and once the laser goes through, it loses all tack and curls up. So for this purpose, I’d recommend something else.However, this is perfect for vinyl, paper or cardstock transfer when you’re having trouble releasing your design, or if it’s too fragile for regular transfer tape.I like very much that it’s paper and a little easier on the planet.

This transfer tape is a great buy for vinyl crafts. It’s sticky enough to hold vinyl designs in place, but still releases cleanly when needed. Layflat adhesive makes it easy to apply to Cricut projects and decals.

I’m not sure what’s going on with this roll I received but this stuff is worthless. It sticks to its self in areas so in those areas it loses its stickiness and won’t stick to the board. I thought maybe it was just the beginning of the roll but it’s through the whole roll. A waste of money.

Good transfer tape, you will have trouble transferring vinyl to it first. It’s almost better to use painters tape!

This is a must if you are laser etching on wood. Put this on the wood surface and it prevents the non etched wood from getting smoke stained. Saves a ton of sanding. Just use duct tape to remove the pieces that remain after laser etching.

This tape would not even pick up dust (I tried!), let alone the craft vinyl I purchased it for. Not worth the money at all, and because I took the cellophane off in order to try the product, it cannot be returned, even though it doesn't do the job its intended to do.
