They are sturdy enough, but I wouldn't want to hang a heavy coat on them, after all, they're plastic. I have the weight of two more shirts (winter shirts) on the top hangar and haven't had any issues.

These work for my toddler daughters clothing hangers because they're the slim velvet hangers. They DONT however work on the wooden hangers from IKEA that I use. The wood is a little too thick for the opening of the hook. Plus it's a hard plastic so there's no manipulating the opening to accommodate for a thicker material. I've continued to use them but it's not as smooth and thoughtless of an experience

Sturdy and well made able to fit on different types on hangers, but did not fit well in my closet with my clothes made the space more bulky.

I kind of saw this product, and was like ‘yeah yeah whatever’. Then my sister bought them and absolutely loved them. So I decided to try them too. I paired them with the utopia velvet hangers, and I could not be more impressed. They are a complete game changer so much extra room. I’m extremely happy with this purchase.
