I didn't think it would work and install this easily but it did. Only time will tell how long it lasts however as you can see the factory one was very dirty. Could I have cleaned it? Probably but I wanted new, Thanks Amazon and seller for cheap and affordable parts

EGR started giving an engine light code of P0401 as soon as installed on my Ford Pickup. I took it to my dealer and he tested the EGR and said it was not working and replaced it with the OEM part. I would like to return for a refund.

I have a 2005 6.0L powerstoke and clean the EGR valve about every year or so. Last time it was sticking a little even after cleaning so I purchased this one. It wasn't too expensive and is working beautifully. Had it in about 5 months and no problems so far. Got 18 years out of the OE so we will see.

This product threw a code saying it was stuck open. Cleaned it and re installed it. Same code would pop up. Bought a egr from oriellys and fixed the problem. Part is defective. I wouldn’t suggest purchasing this item.
