It is very quiet and cools the room quickly and will turn on and off as needed to keep the room at the temp I want on its own. The first set-up in the window seems complicated but I'm on my third year with this machine and I can do it almost in my sleep now. Other than that I have absolutely nothing bad to say about it. I hope they don't change the quality in the future because they have a winner in this air conditioner.

Love love love the U shape design! It makes my window much less drafty which means I can keep my room a more consistent temperature. The Unit is quiet and cools fast. The WiFi feature is great too so I can turn it on from my phone and have a cool room waiting for me when I get home from work

Mine developed a constant whine that was coming from the blower motor. I found a replacement motor online, took this thing apart and replaced it. It's quiet again. Pretty decent quality that it even lets you do or make such a repair. Didn't even have to take it out of the window. Good machine.So quiet, so efficient.
