The tagging gun is nice. It works and is simple to use. Good value for the money.The gun comes with no instructions, so follow the instructions from the item's page on Amazon itself.I am taking away one star just because it is packaged unsafely. One of the needles comes pre-installed. The needle is very sharp as it is intended to be like that. The needle was not covered with the protective covering even though it was attached to the gun with a string. If you were not paying attention, it would prick you, as it did to me.

This is the most useless tool I have ever bought. I am having an estate sale and needed to be able to price things with tags that would not fall off. This gun is not it. It never would do what it was supposed to do, because every time you pull the handle the NEEDLE shoots completely off. WORTHLESS. Id return it, but thats more of a hassle than its worth. You get what you pay for.
