We have had the machine since September, the first thing that happened is that the water spray hose started to leak in the middle. I thought it was possible to just be a freak thing, so I took the time to put a clamp and a fitting on it myself. then the front wheels both cracked and fell off, so I replaced them me with more sturdy and rugged casters. Now the same water spray hose that leaked before sprung another leak in it. I fixed it again and have been trying to get the manufacturer/seller to stand behind the product. So far all I have received is an email saying they are going to help me, but then nothing. I sent them pictures as they asked for and explained everything, as they asked me to do and yet nothing. this is not an inexpensive machine, and it does not hold up. I would say DO NOT BUY this unless you are handy and can fix it as it begins to have issues.

The item is defective and seller gives run around on replacement or return. I have attempted to communicate and send photos. Electrical issue that trips breaker. Waste of money now I am out $600
