I use these along with a smaller Spring Snap Hooks to set up yard inflatables. They make it so easy for quick setup and tear down. They hold up fairly good in wet weather, but no real issues with that.

Needed snaps for farm use, and these fit the bill perfectly. Reasonably priced, much better than the old style pot metal snaps!

I use carabiners in my outdoor adventures, I am not a climber but what I know about carabiners for climbing and life dependency reliability is that at this price point I would not think you are getting a life saving or depend piece of kit. I would limit their use application to camp chores like tarps and cooking. They come very stiff to open at first but with use free up some. I would at first glance question the amount of chromium ( stainless ) since they are just galvanized. There is a big difference. When it comes to weather resistance you start at the base with ZINC
