Good quality. Priced right and worth the price.

Thes Stainless Steel Conduit Clamps come in a large pack of 60, making them a potentially good value for certain projects. They're designed for securing conduit or pipes, and the stainless steel construction should offer decent corrosion resistance. However, these clamps are quite lightweight and may not be suitable for heavy-duty applications. The metal is relatively thin and could potentially twist or deform, even just during installation. They're likely best suited for tasks where a strong, robust clamp isn't critical.Consider the weight of what you are securing before choosing these.

These 1/2 clamps are exceptionally durable and valuable, making them the perfect choice for conduit use and versatile enough for a variety of applications. They consistently perform at a high level, with a robust design that securely holds heavy pipes and wires. I wholeheartedly recommend them without hesitation.

Terrible quality control. Their machine that bends these must not have had them all aligned the same way, because the holes do match. So if you're wanting to pre-drill something, then finish, and put these back on you'd better number them or something. The holes are also way too wide for something this small and any application it would be used for. Super thin and flimsy too. I guess the price is decent if you don't need them for anything other than extremely light duty.

I ordered these to attach some shelving to "industrial"-looking piping. The piping looks like iron pipes coming out of the wall from mounting brackets, bending 90 degrees, and then going back into the wall. You lay a board across it and presto, you have a shelf. The one catch I ran into is that for the 90 degree turns, the piping has elbow fittings, and naturally the fittings have a wider diameter than the pipes. So, although these 1 inch pipe straps would fit perfectly around a pipe with a board sitting on it, in my case the shelves are actually sitting on top of the elbow fittings and brackets. Hmm.These pipe straps are bent to go around pipes, not pipe fittings and elbows. They do comfortably fit around my pipes, but then they flare out too early, before they touch the wood on the bottom of my shelves. Fortunately, while the rounded part of the straps is reinforced with folded grooves for strength, the rest of the strap is flat and is easily bendable. I was able to quickly re-bend the straps to reach a bit further and mount them to the bottoms of my shelves.Had these straps been any stronger, or galvanized, I would not have been able to use them. It seems like these straps, as flexible as they are, should be adequate for securing most piping to stay in place. The only way I could imagine these straps failing is if there are too few straps holding too much weight, or if something like an earthquake hits and the structure the pipes are mounted to shifts and rips out the pipes. And if that were to happen, you'd likely have bigger issues than just a few torn out pipes. For my project, all I need to do now is to remove the straps and spray paint them black to match my faux iron piping, then reattach them. Done.

As others have mentioned, these straps are really thin. However, unless you are planning on trying to use them for some kind of hanging load, they work pretty darn good and I love they fact that they are stainless. The only real issue I have with them is that since they are so thin, the edges are starting to feel kind of sharp. So you do have to be careful if you're using them with any kind of pipe or cable that could potentially get cut by the clamp edge.

Purpose for Product: Securing 3/4" schedule 40 PVC.Product: Inspection: 60 pieces, 1" #304 stainless steel conduit clamps, see photos. Clamps appear uniformly manufactured BUT: be careful- the rounded ends where the mounting holes end- there are really sharp tiny projections of the metal. They are NOT magnetic.Product Performance: Fitted the clamp on section of 3/4" PVC which has a 1&1/16th inch OD. This results in having a little bend of the clamp when attaching, which is not the clamps' fault and they will work just fine for my need. If you use the plastic or galvanized clamps these, are not the same thickness. To test the strength and durability I placed one in a vise and bent it 180 degrees fifty (50) times. The clamp DID NOT break or show any metal fatigue signs.Summary: Lightweight extremely durable conduit clamp. As with all products this one will not satisfy everyone's requirements but I find them versatile, weather resistant and durable for my needs. I find them budget friendly. Star rating reduced from due to the sharp edges.
