It works as advertised. I went freediving for 4-6 hours a day for 4 days straight using the same 2 anti fog inserts in my GoPro waterproof case. I didn’t have any issues with fog at all. Works great

These should not come up when searching for insta360 X4 moisture pads for dive housing. They are not compatible with the housing! Stop recommending these for insta360 X4

This is a really essential item if you are filming underwater, to prevent misting. Insert these into the waterproof box, and they will absorb any moisture, they work really well.

Placed about 4 of these in my cheap go pro copy I use paddleboarding and get a good hour of footage before they start fogging up l. Long enough for most I suspect. They can then be dried out and reused. Hardcto say much more, 4 stars because the camera did fog up before the end of my paddleboarding session, ruining the last bit of footage.
