My son is out of college, but very fit, so I took a chance with the 16-year old size; 16 year old wasn't very specific, but I've seen big dudes in high school.It fits him well, so I suggest taking a chance if you have such a need and he loved it for his 23rd birthday!

This is a very nice outfit for the price. Of course it doesn't have a name on it but obviously everybody knows who 23 is. I was actually surprised that the quality of this because I was worried with the price it would be cheap or filled cheap but it doesn't. And it looks and feels just like a real jersey outfit the lettering and everything is made nicely on it. My son loves it and it was affordable so I don't have to worry about where he goes or what he doesn't it and he's not running a super expensive outfit in the event something happens. People have even complimented it. The sizing is accurate and it looks very nice on him

Got this for our 10 year old son to wear. It fits him pretty comfortably. He is a bit large for his age, but I'd say that if you are wanting this to perhaps think of ordering up at least a size. Overall quality has been good and happy to recommend.
