My heater died and I was able to troubleshoot the problem to the control board. Local sources either did not stock, would not sell to individuals, or was crazy expensive. I took a chance on this board since it was in stock and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, my first shipment never came and seemed to be in limbo. Amazon customer service let me cancel that order and place a new one. That order came quickly and after installation, the heater was back up and running. The board is close in appearance to the defective one with a few minor differences. My part number ended in -02 and this board is -04. I assume its just a later revision. Mounting holes were in a different location, so I had to improvise to get it installed. Otherwise, it worked perfectly.

Arrived. a day early - got it installed and now we have heat. Much better price than going thru my local HVAC company.

It's been about 6 months and I am very pleased. Both AC and heat are working fine with this new board.Some 10 years back a local big chain HVAC dealer came and told me I needed to replace my Rheem Plus 90 at $15K. I have paid under $700 over the years and I'm on year 28 working fine. Replaced the board twice, two motors and a sensor but it keeps heating and cooling our home very efficiently.

The control board fit perfectly and the furnace is working perfectly. The installation was a breeze and took about an hour start to finish. I’m giving 4 stars because the item came 5 days later than originally scheduled which left my house without heat in that area. I would probably shop here again overall.

Easy to replace. It shipped with the dip switches in slave mode to pair with a second forced air/furnace unit. So at first my fan would run when the AC was called by the thermostat. Followed the diagram, reset the dip switches. Immediately worked properly. Impressive what a perfect solution it was after I tested and traced EVERYTHING else.
