These heavy-duty pruning shears are lightweight and extremely sharp - perfect for pruning all kinds of live and dead branches up to 3/4¿ in diameter. It is uniquely designed to open in a wide U shape to direct the branch deep into the critical leverage point for greater cutting power with minimal effort. The thin cutting blades are made of high-quality double-tempered Japanese steel. For maximum cutting power, the strong ergonomically designed elastomer handles are slightly offset from the blades.

Not the highest end prunners, but sharp and get the job done.For a big hand may be a little small, but used for light trimming.

This shears are excellent for pruning roses and other plant/branch material. They are the right weight (not to heavy), functional, sharp, cut perfectly and easy to grasp. I never owned a good pair of shears and I could tell the difference immediately with this one.

I just bought my third pair, because I want my employees to use the best equipment. My first and second are still perfectly sharp and clean, but I want to make sure I always have one at hand for the pruning I do on my nature reserve in the Colombian Andes.
