I upgraded my standard 72" chrome metal racks with these taller 86" black posts and I'm so glad I did. Now, I can fit 15 bins comfortably with 3-4" spare gaps in between shelves, instead of 12 snugged with no clearance between shelves. (before it was very difficult to get the bins in and out, sometimes the bins would get stuck and break from forcing them out).One great feature of these posts is that they come enumerated which is a huge help when establishing the height for each shelf. I really like this feature.We repurposed the wheels and shelves from my previous HD chrome racks by spray painting the metal shelves with Rustoleum spray paint in black with a satin finish.Now my garage storage has a modern clean look, it is more organized and way more functional!!!I highly recommend these black epoxy posts. :)

Just received these poles today. Using these for temporary closets in a spear room. My husband (wears a XXL) shirts. The shelf's that I ordered the poles are only 72 ins. long. They are great for my clothes but, his shirts would pool when they were hanging. So I ordered the longer poles. I will update when I'm done with the room.I receive these early.

Just what I needed. We moved and lost the poles to our shelving unit. These were outstanding. Perfect fit.
