These fit perfectly in the after market lower fairings for Harley touring bikes. They are completely matte black. They do come with black screws not the silver screws which I prefer so that was nice. Many grills are slightly too large for those fairings so choose wisely.

With some very minor modifications, these fit over, and now protect, my high dollar Kappas from curious kitty paws.The Infinity Kappa does not come with a grill for surface mounting protection, and it's been difficult to near impossible to find a solution to keep these speakers protected.These foot the bill nicely.
