I have a Holley 4150 double pumper mechanical secondaries. It would drip fuel in the primary and secondaries after the engine was off, causing it to flood.I installed the needle and seat assembly's and they shut off the drip,no more flooding. Works perfect for now,don't know how long they will last with todays fuel,time will tell.
