  • Pads are made out of self-lubricating UHMW material.


The 3-slot mount – double flange long standard linear bearing with brake holes is typically used in linear motion applications. It houses profiles with a minimum of three open T-slots, has a double flange and is a longer option. The bearing includes pads, screws and shims; the pads are made of self-lubricating UHMW. All 80/20 bearings are designed for compression loads only and not intended to support hanging loads.

I used this flange slider on a Sprinter van RV conversion. I used the lever brake handle with this part to hold a TV bracket. Awesome, almost unbelievable result.The 80/20 product line is expensive and you're paying for quality, design, and execution. Their stuff works great and is well thought out.
