Although the cost is good, there was no universal or compatible label numbers anywhere on the package. I had to hunt online to find a comparable label from Avery. Then I was able to use them.

It was right in size for me, in most cases. Usually, my appoinments are limited to one per day. It is rare to have 2, or more, unrelated events each day. So, for me, the room provided per day's entry was fine. SWK

The website that's given charges too much for just a "template". It also says "printer friendly" but has a sticker on product that says not printer compatible.I was able to use with my deskjet printer & used FREE template on Word for Avery name badges that have 8/page. (I found the Avery number at Office Depot).They were fine for a four hour event, would not use for anything needed long term.

I used these to make labels for some small sign to display pricing. This worked great for that.

The URL on the package indicates templates can be downloaded, but the template for this item number wasn’t there. The Avery 5390 template seems to be very close, but it still required some trimming of the inserts after printing. The inserts separate fairly cleanly if you fold the paper at the perforation before tearing.
