Most mortals out there do not understand the need - when you need straight DB9, this is sent from heavens! Works as advertised and with a null model adapter you can get two machines talking over rs232!Very cool indeed! Get it if you need simple straight DB9!

This is a DB9 Straight Through 9 Pin RS232 Serial Extension Cable, if you need the pins switched then you need a different cable or an adapter.
