The fuel filter is responsible for keeping the smaller contaminants in the system out of the engine and other fuel delivery components. On carburetor engines these contaminants can cause clogging of orifices or jets and cause the vehicle to get too much or not enough fuel.

Guys, I have been running this filter for a month with zero problems. I always bought the expensive Mopar-brand fuel filter but finally bought this cheaper one based on all the good reviews. I installed it about Oct 15, 2024 in my 2016 Ram 3500. It looks exactly the same as the Mopar brand ones. Good quality. It fit perfectly with no problems. Just install it right and it works great!

Absolutely, nothing wrong with the product, however I ordered this thinking the new rams (2023) had the same type of filter by the tank. They don’t the new ones are a cartridge type. The filter at the motor is the same. Other wise for other Rams it a great kit.

Just installed recently, no issues to report look fit and function all identical to the mopar filters. Time will tell. The mopar filters I replaced looked brand new after 14k miles

I am in a tight budget , so I opted to look for a cheaper alternative to dealerships, found this one here in Amazon, fits great , seems to work well so far. No complaints . Recommend it for sure, I installed it k. My 2012ram 35oo 6.7 Cummins .

So some complaints mentioned the oval shape on the filter and that it wouldn’t work.My 2011 6.7 3500 filter stand pipe is oval.The filter fits perfectly fine instead of the round opening on the older style.Hopefully the filter quality is good and lasts without a problem.

Well I’ll start bye saying that I’m no expert in the quality of filters , but when I compare this filters from Amazon to the original dodge filters I personally see no difference, they look the same . I will be changing oil and fuel filters soon and I will be watching and listening to the engine for the next 5000 kilometres . Then I’ll change the oil and cut open the filters and see first hand if they are working properly.Thanks Scott .
