I love this tea kettle. I use it every day to make my own herbal tea blends. Best thing I ever bought myself. It makes enough tea for me to take a 40 ounce mug of tea to drink all day and there’s still enough tea in the tea kettle to drink another 2 cups. It’s really good quality stainless. It’s easy to wash. It doesn’t have a whistle to let you know that it’s done, but I have never had the water boil over out of the spout.

Holds heat really well. Easy to clean and use. Have put it on the stove works great and used a water heater. Worth the money.

This product is great in almost every aspect. There are 2 small issues.#1 for some strange reason no one thought to include a little lip on the infuser, which means if you don't brew the exact amount of tea you're using and you try to take it out, it's going to be scolding hot in your hands.#2, the top of teapot inside is made like a lip that folds inward, which means the water that's in there has the worlds harder time coming out through the top, so there will always be some residual water left. No idea why they did that, it was a pointless endeavor.

The mesh metal diffuser came bent and somewhat crushed abs there was a seam coming apart. This part is not very sturdy at all. I had to try to unbend the mesh screen cylinder but it’s so thin and soft that I’m not sure it can hold loose tea without it coming through into the pot. It’s a shame bc the tea pot itself is very nice, easy to clean and sturdy.

The worst design for something that hold hot water. The water splatters all over the place and the handle is kind of awkward for me to hold.
