Hammered to spec’s, redfish, drum, black, drum, and whiting with these. It’s nice to have an option for premade drops when you’re in a hurry I have heard these are also excellent for pompano since the little floats get the weight off the bottom. Use them for many outings, and they stay together, especially like. The light circle hooks that come with these.

First, the rigs look well made. They arrived exactly as described. The floats are a nice size and there is a nice variety of colors with the beads. All of the hardware looks to be of good quality, the hooks don't bend easily and both the swivels and line are good enough for a pompano rig. The hooks also look to be the size I expect for a 3/0 - that seems to vary greatly from manufacturer to manufacturer, and the better made ones are usually a more consistent size like this. Overall, a quality rig.I do think this would be better with smaller hooks. You will not likely be catching "big" fish on this and the 3/0 hooks are just too big for the best uses of a rig like this. Pompano, sheepshead, snappers, whiting - all things they mention that you would have better success with using a smaller hook, like a 1 or 2. If you really want to catch things that are more suited for a 3/0 then I think you'd want some beefier line too.The listing itself could use a little work. It does not mention that these circle hooks are offset. Regulations many places will not allow the use of offset hooks in combination with natural bait. That is the case for me and I use natural bait as often as not. These won't be useless, I can just throw some fish bites on them or even bend them back inline. This is an important detail and should be specified in the product listing. It also mentioned drum and bluefish...good luck with that. The rig is not that robust and isn't really meant to be. They could make their listing a bit better.In spite of my minor grips, I think the product is very well made if this is what you are looking for. It would be 5 stars if it had 1 or 2 size hooks that are really more appropriate here.

used them at surfside beach .....worked great on some smalls and a big pompano! Well made and held up in the surf.

I did not expect the hook size to be big. I am not familiar with pampano rig. Maybe a description of the actual size might help. I prefer a smaller hook size.

Very happy with the quality of these premade rigs. Giving them a go here in Hawaii just to try out something new. Looking great for sandy bottom beaches with a pyramid weight. Come individually packaged and ready to fish. I couldn’t purchase all the components and assembled these for the price of $14 dollars here locally. Great offset circle hooks are very sharp out of the bag. All terminal connections look right and tight. Easy to use design. Fishing these this weekend and hope to post some pics of my catch. Definitely worth a go and quality doesn’t look like an issue here. Good consistency from rig to rig. Definitely better than I expected based on previous pre fab rigs I’ve purchased in the past.
