I had a large branch come through the top of my screened porch from hurricane Helene. These stuck nicely and closed the hole until I get panels replaced. The price was good and they worked perfectly.

I bought these to use in 2 different areas. They work great for one, and not for the other.- It works great in the bottom corner of my screen door to patch over a small (2") tear. Keep in mind that this is a patch and not a mend, so like a knee patch on your jeans, it is visible. For my situation, this is in the bottom corner of the screen door so it's not glaringly noticeable. If our tear was in the middle of the door at eye level, I would opt to have the entire door re-screened instead of seeing the patch front and center every time I walked by.The adhesive is on the entire patch, so you can easily trim the patch down to whatever size or shape you need. My tear was a pretty straight line, so I trimmed the patch to a strip that's a little wider and longer than the tear itself. It cuts very easily with a normal pair of scissors. The adhesive is (after 3 months so far) strong and there is no lifting and it is still adhered well.I pondered whether to put the adhesive side facing in or facing out. In other words, do I stick this on the inside or on the outside of the screen? I decided to stick it on the outside with the adhesive facing in. My theory was that if the adhesive faced out, then any dust or debris that the wind kicked up would get stuck on the adhesive and over time, look filthy.I have no idea if that was the right thing to do, but so far, so good.- The second use that I thought to use this for, was to add it to the crosshatched vent cover of our dryer vent. The vent cover crosshatch openings are small enough to prevent larger critters from entering but nowhere small enough to keep insects out. I thought I could just stick this patch onto the crosshatch cover, but then realized that the adhesive on these patches do not let any airflow through. If I stuck this onto the vent opening, I would essentially be closing it off.I purchased another version of screen patches that do allow airflow because the adhesive is just around the borders.Easy to apply. Easy to trim to size. Good adhesion after 3 months. Easy fix of small rips and tears.

We had a tree limb go through the screen during a hurricane. It wasn't much, but enough. So I purchased this and it fixed it perfectly.

Works as described. Very sticky. Easy to use. Worth the money. Doesn't take long at all to do. Only thing I didn't like, is it is noticeable. So I put that screen on a window that isn't as noticeable.

Although it looks like a screen, air cannot go through it.. so may work to cover a hole but not to put over ley's say a vent to keep critters out.

Squirrels had eaten holes through screen enclosure, this worked great. Had to apply extra glue to secure when using on old vent screens. Sticks better if screen is newer. This is a time saver and money saver since entire screen replacement is not needed. Highly recommend for quick fix.
