These racks are awesome! I have five, and they are both super sturdy and easy to build. Highly recommended!

I bought two of these 6-tier storage shelves, to store my heavy treasures like books, hopefully above a 3 foot flood level-I was flooded with Hurricane Ian, and wood-looking particle board shelves fell apart from just standing in the water-not good. The two boxes arrived at my house-they are heavy, as these are heavy duty shelving. When I unpacked them, I noticed one shelf was dented, probably in shipping, and would not support full weight. I contacted the company, and they replied the same day! They will send a replacement shelf at no cost.I'll figure where I'll put these (choice of 3 homes in flood zone) to best survive another flood. I've put together similar shelving in the past. With this being bigger, I'd recommend getting a 2nd person to help assemble. It's easy to assemble if you take your time, it's just that parts are heavy for me. I use Scotch tape to hold the black plastic parts together on the upright poles long enough to seat a shelf onto them, otherwise they can move easily, and the shelf may not go on level. You'll see this, and quicky fix it, no problem. If you're gonna put a lot of weight on these, more than 80 lbs per shelf, then use only the leveling feet, and NOT the wheels. Leveling feet can allow 350 lbs /shelf.I'd also recommend securing these to a wall with proper support, just in case a kid climbs on them, or whatever.I highly recommend YYkokocat for their superb product, and excellent customer service.

This thing is a bit of a bear to assemble for the first time, but it feels sturdy once it's together, it's even larger than I imagined, and it's a great overall value.I purchased this as a shelf for growing microgreens on, and it can fairly comfortably fit three 10x20 trays per rack if the longer sides of them are oriented perpendicularly to the length of the shelf, with room for three grow light. It's been working great! Plenty of room to work with, very tall, and feels sturdy when I need to wheel it around a bit. A perfect self-contained grow-shelf at a very reasonable price.Only real downside is that it's a bit of a bear to put together by yourself. Like, it's not so hard you'll be cursing at the rafters or anything, but it got a few frustrated huffs out of me. The shelves rest on little plastic cuffs that come in two parts. You take both halves of the cuff and clamp them together on the vertical support, and then slide the shelf over the cuff to apply pressure and keep it in place. Problem is that these little cuffs don't have a tight grip on the support or each other UNTIL the shelf is placed over them, which makes actually putting that shelf on a little frustrating because the cuffs are prone to falling off or sliding down and messing up how level the shelf actually is. Each shelf requires one cuff at each corner, too. It took me several tries to get that first shelf on without the cuffs sliding out of position or falling apart. After the first, it gets a bit easier, but it's never exactly awesome. Once I finally had everything completely together, the fit was snug and strong, but I realized too late that several of the shelves weren't totally level because one or more cuffs slid down a few centimeters during assembly. Still workable for my needs, but bleh.In summary, a very large shelf. Strong, sturdy once assembled. Good overall value. Yet, assembly is a bit of a hassle by yourself so enlist an extra set of hands if you can or be ready for some minor frustration.

I have purchased a number of these storage racks for use in a large storage unit. They are well-engineered, well-built, and well-packaged for shipment. The shelve heights are adjustable and strong. The casters operate smoothly even when the shelves are fully loaded. Not cheap, but worth it.

Using it in my large gardening shed for pots, etc. sturdy shelves, easy enough to assemble with some common sense. So far has not shown signs of rust or mold (screened in porch) . My husband screw it into the wall since I lean on it reaching for items on the top.It is tall, which is great, nothing missing and works for holding my gardening stuff.2nd one I’ve gotten. Just very overly priced.

I have a few of these types of racks in the garage. I love that they have heavy duty locking wheels. They are so easy to move around even when fully filled with boxes. Very easy to assemble. Took me maybe a half hour for most of it. I did decide that it was a little too tall, so I used a hacksaw and cut off the top 12 inches. I'm only 5'3" so there was no way I would be able to reach the top shelf without a ladder. I still have 5 shelves, they are just closer together. Works fine though because I'm using those big clear plastic bins and they fit great. 3 bins to a shelf. I would definitely buy again.

The unit arrived with one shelf bent at a slight angle due to either damage or a manufacturing defect, but upon contacting the company they immediately sent me out a new replacement for the bent shelf at no charge. Customer service was exceptional and easy to work with. Beyond that, the shelf itself was very simple to setup, feels sturdy, and allows for whatever shelf heights and adjustments I need. Perfect unit for using in a window for plants and seedlings.
