There are 2 round holes on the plug of the transformer and 2 round pins on the cable, please align them and insert perfectly.
ASSEMBLE AND USE - STEP 3
- Connect the pump and water pipe
- Put the pump into the fountain and let the suctiontray suck the bottom.
ASSEMBLE AND USE - STEP 4
- Let the fountain back baffle perfectly embedded in the fountain.
- Connect the power, you will see the constant flow of fountain water.

A lovely fountain. The sound of the water is very pleasing to the ear. Not too loud. Not too soft. Calm sound. Easy assembly. The lighting at night is just like on the advertised picture. Delighted with this purchase.

Update: Seller reached out and provided corrective solutions. Very satisfied with their customer support and resolution to my issues with the water pump.The fountain is nice, tall and sturdy. It arrived with minimal damage, a few paint chips and gaps in the material as well as glued LED light fixtures falling off of the main body of the fountain. The glue used to hold the LED fixtures was very sloppily applied. My main concern is the water pump I received. It does not work continuously and constantly turns off. Filled the base with 2/3rds of water as per the instructions however must have received a faulty water pump. Expecting higher quality from a fountain of this price and based on the other reviews. Not sure how to proceed or contact seller about this issue? Fountain does not cycle water without a working pump.

The top bowl of the fountain was not attached to the fountain but was packed separately. This is not a big deal but, the water hose is (permanently) attached to the top bowl and not threaded through the fountain.I have been trying for about 45 minutes to thread it through so I can attach it to the water pump. It will not go through the full length of the fountain. It feels like it is catching on the LED light wiring inside the cavity. Because it is permanently attached to the bowl, I also cannot try to thread it from the bottom upward.There is nothing mentioned in the instructions about this. In fact, the 1st instruction shows the water pipe/hose completely through and instructs a person to carefully cut the tie securing the water "pipe" and adapter cable. (Which I have done but as I said before the water "pipe/hose" was not threaded through and was not attached with the said tie. -The instructions interchangeably call it a pipe and a hose.)Additionally, the assembly guide says to call a Pennsylvania phone number if you have any issues after receiving it, but it is a non-working number.I have sent a WhatsApp message to a foreign country. We will see what happens next.

Works perfectly and was super easy to set up besides the top bowl which I ended up tieing it to a string to pull it through to get it connected correctly at the top and running the hose to the bottom container where the water is. Took some brainstorming because the paperwork wasn't very helpful. Once we got it going we love it, love spending our evenings on the patio listening to the water. One of my favorite purchases as we moved into this new home.

THE FOUNTAIN WAS NICELY DESIGNED & ONE OF THE TALLER ONES I COULD FIND. IF YOU ARE WANTING THE SOUND DECIMALS THAT ARE REPRESENTED ON THE AD IT WILL NOT BE THAT LOUD. ITS MORE OF A QUIET WATER FLOW SOUND & I NEEDED IT TO BE MORE VIBRANT FOR THE LOCATION. WE COULD BARELY HEAR IT FROM THE 10-12 FEET AWAY. THE SELLER USED A CELL PHONE WHICH AMPLIFIES THE TRUE SOUND. JUST CONFIRM WHAT YOU’RE DESIRE IS AS THIS DEFEATED MY PERSONAL PURPOSE FOR HAVING A FOUNTAIN.

I love my water fountain… it looks just like the pictures but even better in person… it fits perfectly into my flower garden and looks awesome… I highly recommend this fountain…
