If you're using these for a LTL launcher for self defense I recommend never aiming at the face or neck areas unless It Is absolutely needed to deter an attacker or avoid possibly killing or hurting someone too bad they end up suing you but overall these work great and definitely will stop someone with 2-3 shots.

Bore size is about 0.680-0.681 and they are pretty consistent weight at 7.2 grams. No issues at all using them in about 5-7 different LL launchers. Great value and fit perfectly in most launchers. Good quality too!
