So glad to find the same brand bottle adapters my pharmacy uses! Same patent number and everything. These are the good ones that form a tight seal around the syringe tip and close off completely once the syringe is removed. No mess if the syringe tip slips out while the bottle is upside down!

Great investment! Worth the money to avoid spilling expensive liquid medication or compounded suspensions. Just make sure that your prescription bottle is 24 mm. The cap still fits with the SafeSeal in place!

These were too big for my 1oz glass bottle. Would fit a larger 6oz bottle opening. I was able to return.
