It's a nice product and would work for a light small hanging light. Unfortunately my light is too heavy. But I will use it for another.

I got a nice macrame hanging lamp that the landlord won't let me hang from a hook in the ceiling (even though there IS a hook already in the ceiling. Go figure). So I bought this stand to hang it from. The top is flexible enough to mold it to fit the lamp but still hold it's shape. The lamp is a bit heavier than the stand can handle so it wobbles a little. I fix that by putting two 8 lb weights on the base. Would give it 5 stars if the company had a wider or heavier base version of the stand.

love it! got for my dorm and doesnt take up too much room and really makes it feel more homey

I am using it to hold a hanging plant where I don’t want to add a hole to the ceiling. Works, but not for a heavy plant.

The bendable arm does not hold the vintage, glass pendant light I intended for it very well. Any position but a high arch and it slopes down to an unusable height.
