How to Charge:

I’ve bought this case three times. I replaced the first one after two years because the battery life wasn’t as good as it used to be. The second case stopped working altogether after a month and wouldn’t turn on or allow the phone to be charged. I bought a third case which also had an issue. When this case was unplugged from charging, it would turn off and wouldn’t charge the phone. Basically it was just a bulky case with no battery. The case itself is good but the pieces are defective now and don’t work so I’m not buying it again. I’ve bought a different charging case now which works better.

Not with the money. Purchased in July and stopped working in October. Worked great at first but now just Blinking only on first light which means it is not taking in a charge to charge my phone when needed. Expensive phone case for nothing. Garbage!

This acts as a true portable charger without any cables. Charging the battery case though this is a downside because it takes a long time to fully charge the battery case. Other than that the case charges the phone at a good rate. Overall I really like this product

I love the case.... when it works this case charges my phone from 10% all the way up to 80% easily getting me through my whole day and some but that's when the case is working this is actually my 4th case at first I was thinking I'm bad luck but all the cases I have seem to have an issue with them after 3-4 weeks if it's not the charging port loosening and having the charging cord fall out super easy to the charging port fail all together. The case is amazing when it works but they don't seem to last very long with this case I've only had 3 days the charging port is already very lose almost making it impossible to pick up the phone with the cable plugged in.

Nope. One after another crapped out within a week.Back in February 2020 I ordered one of these for a vacation. It worked well but it got wet and stopped working, but that was my fault. A new work situation prompted me to order another in July of 2022. Had to return that one after 5 days (wouldn’t take a charge and/or charge the phone, even as a pass-through) and I opted to swap it for another of the same product. Well this one is going back too. Same problems. Too bad. It was useful for almost a week.
