I had a Tao Tao kid's atv that had the brake lever broken and wouldn't start because of the safety switch. I could have just purchased a new lever and installed it, but this item cost just a couple dollars more and would arrive sooner thanks to Amazon. The customer was happy that everything worked great and that the part was new and adjusted properly by me. I would recommend this part!

This is a very nice unit. I am using a 30mm carburetor, and it does NOT open it all-the-way (no surprise really). If I were using a 24mm Carburetor, or something smaller than that, it would open it 100%. But the carb I am using is excessively big. Still, it opens a very good amount. I like the dual brake function of it. You just have to set the brake cable tension correctly. I set the rear brakes with a little more tension than the front brakes (because I do not want to fly over the handlebars when I stop).

For the price it's a great lever and it really does the job but be careful, if your bike falls on its side an the levers handle hits the ground it might snap like mine did, so I had to order another one, other than that its a good lever.
