This is not a wok stand for any use. I have tried it on a portable stove that you would use for camping and a regular household stove and it just wouldn’t support a rounded bottom wok. The rims or edges if you want to cal it that are not tall enough to lift the wok above the middle, which doesn’t even have a cut out being so shallow. I would not consider this at all
