If your heater has difficulty igniting and puffs tons of white smoke, it may be your glow plug. This plug fit my vevor heater well, not perfect, but well enough. The rubber cover did not seat as well as the original but seems to be ok. The gaskets fit fine. Heater is back up and heating my basement.

Ordered this kit for my Silvel heater. I didn’t use the gaskets because I didn’t take it apart. Only removed and replaced the screen and glow plug. Be very careful with the glow plug because they can be broken easily. To remove the old screen if it’s being difficult with a lot of carbon buildup, find a large long wood screw that fits inside to pull it out. Carefully use the new screen as a gauge for what size screw to use. Scrape out any carbon buildup inside with a pick and blow it out. Make sure to push the new screen all the way down passed the little vent hole that’s near the top. If your heater had bad smoking issues and failures to ignite before this fix, run it on high to burn out all the excess fuel. Now order a backup kit and be ready next time it fails.

I wasn't sure if I needed the 2kw or 5kW gaskets .. so I bought this kit.Gaskets are cut and fit well. The replacement glow plug also works well ... comes with the handy glow plug socket tool. I also replaced the cylindrical screen (atomizer) which was easy to do. Wasn't sure how far the screen goes in, but YouTube videos were helpful.

Parts of good quality, given the price.Had been running my heater for a couple of years without any issues. Started to get E8 errors on startup so bought this kit to carry out a little service on it. Changed out all the gaskets (both sizes included), the atomizer mesh and the glow plug. There wasn't any real soot deposits to clean out in mine luckily, which indicates good fuel/air mix.Reassembled and it fired up first time. Seems to be burning 10c hotter than before, which is great, as I assume the fuel is burning more efficiently than previously.
