This sourdough fermentation kit is very complete. IMPORTANT: GLASS CONTAINER is cleaner than plastic ones. It can be disinfected in various ways with boiling water directly, boiling it in a pot with clean water or in a sterilization oven. It has a rubber band for marking volume, measurement marks and a thermometer, breathable fabric for fermenting, a wooden lid with rubber for sealing when you use it to store in the refrigerator. I like it a lot and I recommend it.

This is a great sourdough starter kit, the jar isn’t huge but it’s great for maintaining sourdough starter. My favorite is the silicone spatula, it’s stiff enough to stir well. I also love the cheesecloth topper
