I have made several batches of beef jerky adding up to approximately 10 lbs. The jerky gun works good and it is easy to clean. The jerky looks like it is a commercial brand.

I had the prestone jerky gun for little over a year it developed a couple of cracks, so I thought I would try this one and it was little cheaper but this one is heavy duty I was quite surprised there's cheap caulk guns and good ones this is a keeper probably never have to buy another one.
