I do not typically leave reviews, but I felt the need to do so regarding this purchase. We received a few separate shipments due to how everything is packaged. While putting the chairs together, we noticed one of the arm/leg pieces for one of the chairs was defective and we were unable to use it. I reached out to the seller through Amazon. they quickly responded and sent a replacement part. The part we received had been labeled incorrectly so it unfortunately did not work. I reached back out and they worked back with the manufacturer and shipped a new set of chairs which we received and assembled today. I am so pleased with the customer service and would not hesitate to buy from them again. We are very pleased with our purchase!

It took a while but my daughter (21) built all the chairs following the instruction, no problem. My husband had to help her with the table because the parts are very heavy.The description matches what I was looking for. Great affordable product. Some parts came with scratches and it just took few days from the “complain” to get new parts. We are in love with the set, it matches the rest of our pool area. The umbrella was purchased separately. Highly recommended

I love this set! It’s comfortable and it’s sturdy and it’s so classy looking. The black and gray match my house. I’m very pleased with this purchase. My kids helped me put it together. It was fairly easy to put together. Very pleased and well worth it. Just wipe clean.

When we open the box, found that the top of the table already had scratch marks. Also, you cannot push all the chains under at the same time.

Our table arrived with many scratches on it and a small dent. We contacted customer service, and Trumbeak was very prompt in sending out a replacement. The set is very nice, and we highly recommend this company.
