Some minor problems for me that the inside bottom is not flat/level. On two of the eight ramekins a little bump on the outside button makes inside unevenness worse. Sense these are for at home use, and kids cannot grade your work, these are good for me.

All the dishes were great quality. I made crème brûlée which turned out great. I am very happy with the thickness of the walls, and the ease of cleaning them. There was no difference in the appearance or the color.

I use these ramekins for a variety of different foods for heating in the toaster oven. When coupled with a jumbo cupcake parchment, clean up is even easier. Perfect size for single portions.
