These are a little pricey (But what isn’t these days!!) however they are a high quality product that work super well. These are particularly good for aluminum to copper wire connections, or just as a straight connector for the same heavy duty wire types that can’t be connected with twist connectors.I used these for a 240V dual oven connection wires, and also for a GE Advantiumto 240V microwave for 10/3 copper to HD aluminum wire. Even though these are a super well insulated connector I still wrapped them with electrical tape to lock the connector and wiring down and to block the wiring holes at the wire-connector side after making the connections. Highly recommend.

My EV connector required the use of a junction box to switch from conduit to romex. Twist wire connectors are hard to use on 6awg wire plus they don’t always provide the best mechanical connection. Given that EV circuit are high load circuits in peace of mind alone, these are well worth it to ensure a good and safe connection is made.

These appear of good quality. Only leaving 3 because the page states 6 pcs but the description at the top states 5 pack. I read the 6 pcs and assumed that was right. Nope only 5. I’m sure it’s just an oversight honest mistake but you should really fix that.

Made a solid connection between 4/3 NMD-90 and Teck cable. Expensive but easy to use, and good quality. Each one has a small sticker with Standards insignia on it.

Well made, screws and caps all fit solidly. No gaps or seams in the insulated body. I liked the fact that it includes a generous dab of dielectric compound in the insertion hole so you don’t need to buy or apply more compound, which would slow down the install and generate more mess.
