Needed to fly a small 4-foot x 6-foot sail to keep sun off the pool equipment.These stainless pad eyes mount with only two screws, not the usual four. I needed to catch a stud under the stucco. Using longer screws allowed me to hit the wood below, so I didn't need anchors, which aren't the strongest in stucco.Two pad eyes went onto stucco with the long screws I supplied, one mounted to a concrete block wall using the supplied screws and a couple plastic anchors I had.The supplied stainless snap hooks allow easy disassembly so I can get to the filter for maintenance.The pad eyes are well-built, look good and are strong enough for my small sail.

It's stainless, held a 16x20 foot tarp off my roof during a rainy week of construction. Would probably work for a long time.

The screws are utterly useless. They do not 'screw', and they are terrible nails, so they are a waste of time. You do not want to be up on a ladder messing around with these things. The little carabiners and anchors are really nicely made, and were accurate to the dimensions given. If the screws were even O.K., I'd give the kit 5 starts.

These were excellent for attaching my workout bands to the walls at different heights to target different muscle areas. Not too small so i can attach multiple bands for higher resistance as needed. Strong.

I purchased the TERMATH 8 Pcs Stainless Steel 1.8 inch Pad Eye Plate U Hooks + 8pcs Stainless Steel Snap Hook principally as a quick and easy solution for tethering a canoe and a kayak to a wooden lakeside dock. I used Seachoice Double Braid Nylon Dock Line with Eye Splice, Pre-Shrunk (also purchased on Amazon).The snap-hooks and U-hooks are just what I needed and have been working fine for a couple of months with no sign of rusting; the spring mechanism is operating reliably. The size is just right for my purpose; I expect that larger hooks would be required for more heavy duty applications. I have already found good use for other hooks in the 8-piece set so I consider the set to be a cost-effective option.

Worked well to mount sign to the bottom of plank, should hold well over time.[Edit] some absolute t(w)at stole my carabiners!
